What is the difference between the two sets of plans?

One set is unlimited US calling, sold to teams calling inside the United States, because that is where the rates behind it exist. The other is pay as you go, billed by the minute, and it works anywhere - including inside the US, for teams that would rather pay for what they actually use.

Unlimited US calling is what the Unlimited plans are. They are sold in the United States, because that is where the calling rates behind them exist. Everywhere else, and inside the US for anyone who prefers it, calling is billed by the minute on the pay-as-you-go plans.

Is it cheaper to pay annually?

Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly or once a year, and a year costs less than twelve monthly payments. The switch at the top of this page shows both, so you can see what each plan comes to either way before you commit to one.

Why is Enterprise quoted rather than listed?

Because what it turns on is not a bigger number of the same thing. It is your own number pool, single sign-on and the role controls a multi-client operation needs, and the shape of those depends on how your business is organized. It is a conversation rather than a price.

Can I migrate from my current tools?

Yes. The team maps your fields, imports your contacts, deals and history, and checks the result with you before you switch the floor over.

What happens when I need help?

Every connection runs over TLS 1.2 or better, each customer’s records are kept in a space of their own, and access is governed by a role hierarchy with sharing rules. Adoptiv is GDPR-aligned and ships TCPA tooling. The one thing we will not overstate: there is no HIPAA business associate agreement, so a program that needs one is not a fit yet.
