TCPA Command Center

A TCPA problem is rarely one call. It is a pattern, read back to you months later by somebody's lawyer. Here is that pattern while you can still change it: every campaign, queue and number against its rule set, abandonment on a rolling thirty days.

A number can sit on several internal lists, and it is held back while any one of them is switched on
Every lead comes back stamped with the moment it was read, which is why this is a run you repeat rather than a state you reach. Screening that cannot be reached is recorded as unread rather than counted clean.

The mechanism

How it works.

01

What the floor is carrying, on one screen

Campaigns, lists, numbers and queues land in one view, so what a floor is carrying is read at the level of the floor. The alternative is four exports that disagree about the date range, stapled together the morning somebody asks.

02

The hour you may dial moves with the area code

Calling windows, consent expectations and do-not-call mechanics are held per state and for DC, so nobody on the floor is doing that arithmetic in their head. Your own rules go on top of that default: a tighter window on one campaign, consent tiers on a list, stacked rather than quietly replacing what sat underneath.

03

A bad Tuesday, before it becomes a bad month

The rate is tracked against three percent or less over the trailing thirty days, counting a pickup that reaches no live agent inside two seconds as abandoned. Dial-level and agent-availability signals feed it, and last week is drawn over this one, so a pacing change shows as a shape rather than a surprise.

04

Compare two, then scale one

Any two campaigns or queues can be set beside each other on drop rate, abandonment window, calling-hour risk and number exposure, over a day, a week or a range you pick, so volume goes to the one you have already read.

Where it sits

One moment in every call.

Every call passes through the same seven. TCPA Command Center is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

8 facts
Rule sets
Fifty states and DC: calling windows, consent expectations, do-not-call mechanics
Layering
Tighter windows per campaign and consent tiers per list, stacked over a state default
Abandonment
Three percent or less, measured across the trailing thirty days
Abandoned
A pickup that reaches no live agent within two seconds of answer
Comparison
Two campaigns or queues beside each other on drop rate, window risk, number exposure
Not legal advice
Operational controls and visibility. Nothing here is advice from counsel
No guarantee
No promise of compliance with the TCPA or any state law; the reading is yours
Not the same as
Screening checks one number against the lists before it is dialed. This reads what the whole floor is carrying against the rules that apply to it
