Bought Leads In. Sat Appointments Out.A solar dialer for setter floors, from bought lead to sat appointment.
You pay for the lead whether or not anyone answers, again for the setter, and again for the closer’s drive. Adoptiv handles the part in between: calling fast, screening first, transferring live to a closer, and confirming by text, so a cancellation reaches you before the closer sets off.

What Goes Wrong Today, and What Changes.
Today
The same lead was sold to four buyers in the same second, and the homeowner takes only the first call seriously.
With Adoptiv
The lead starts the dial the moment it is submitted, screening runs before the connect, and the number shown is the one that area is most likely to answer.
Auto dialerToday
You didn’t collect the consent behind a bought lead, but you’re the one making the call.
With Adoptiv
Screening runs inside the flow against the federal Do Not Call list, known litigators and your own list, and campaigns only run inside the calling schedule you set.
Compliance screeningToday
The homeowner is ready now, and sending them to a closer as a calendar invite loses the moment.
With Adoptiv
Call transfer puts the setter and closer together privately first, then brings the homeowner in, or merges all three. A manager can whisper the setter through it.
Call transferToday
The homeowner who agreed on Tuesday has half forgotten by Thursday, and the closer drives out to a dark house.
With Adoptiv
A confirmation text goes out the day before from the number the setter called on, and the reply lands on the same record, so a cancellation reaches you first.

Connect Your Lead Sources
Give each aggregator its own number and send leads in by webhook, so each one is dialed as it lands.
Set Screening and Hours
Put screening in the flow and set the calling schedule for the windows you call into.
Set, Transfer, Confirm
Setters qualify and transfer live to a closer, and a confirmation text goes out the day before.
Fresh Leads, Aged Files, and Everything Between.
Set a mode for each campaign, and switch the same seats between them as demand changes.
Dials ahead of free setters inside the abandoned-call limit you set, for working through aged files in quiet months.
Opens lines the moment a setter is free, from one to five per setter, set per campaign.
The record opens first, so the setter reads the last conversation before dialing.
A Solar Dialer, from Bought Lead to Sat Appointment.
A solar dialer calls bought leads the moment they arrive, screens each number first and puts setters only on live answers. Adoptiv runs it inside the CRM, so solar appointment setting, the transfer to a closer and the confirmation text all sit on one record. It works as home services call center software for roofing and HVAC leads too.
Before any dial, compliance screening checks the federal Do Not Call list, known litigators and your own list, and campaigns only run inside the calling schedule you set. Voicemail detection keeps machines away from setters, and each call goes out from the number that area is most likely to answer.
When a homeowner is ready, call transfer puts the setter and closer together on a private consult, then brings the homeowner in, or merges all three. A live transfer to a closer keeps the moment a calendar invite loses, and a manager can whisper the setter through the qualifier.
Appointment confirmation texts go out the day before from the setter’s number, with replies on the same record. When storm traffic drops away, the same seats run aged leads on the predictive dialer, live on Dialer Plus, and every number shows its own answer rate and last use.

Your Questions, Answered.
What is a solar dialer?
Calling software for solar and home services setter floors: it dials bought leads fast, screens numbers first, skips voicemail and transfers live answers to closers. Adoptiv runs it inside the CRM.
Can we text purchased solar leads?
Not on the strength of the purchase: what you bought was a lead, not consent to text it. Adoptiv texts suit confirming an appointment the homeowner booked on a call, and STOP replies are not acted on for you. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.
Does Adoptiv store consent certificates?
Not yet. There is no consent-certificate capture or verification; a custom field can hold a certificate link, and that is all. Screening covers the federal Do Not Call list, known litigators and your own list, not state registries or reassigned numbers.
How does a live transfer to a closer work?
The setter puts the homeowner on hold and rings the closer for a private word first. Then they merge into a three-way call, and the setter can drop off while the other two keep talking.
Is the solar dialer available now?
Yes. Predictive, power and preview dialing with voicemail detection are live on Dialer Plus and Enterprise, with 25 caller ID numbers per rep. Dialer minutes are billed per minute from your prepaid wallet.
How do we count sits per lead source?
Give each aggregator its own number, so a sit can be tied to its source. There is no built-in appointment or sit metric yet: the sit is a calendar event plus an outcome code, and the count is a report you build.
Can closers be assigned by territory?
Not by ZIP code or territory yet. Routing works on skills, so closers can be assigned by product or team, but not by patch.
How should we work aged leads?
Run them on the predictive dialer in quiet months, with every number screened first. Each of your numbers shows its own answer rate and last use, so one going cold is visible.
What happens when a storm floods the lines?
Inbound calls land in queues with overflow rules and a callback offer, so callers wait, take a callback or go where you choose instead of ringing out.
Does solar appointment setting work from the Android app?
Yes. Setters can take and make calls in the browser or the Android app; the iPhone app is on its way.
