How to Share Dashboards with Your Team.
To share dashboards with your team in Adoptiv, you grant a board to teams or CRM roles, read-only or with edit access. Anyone in a matching team or role can open the board, along with you and workspace admins.
Dashboard permissions are checked in a fixed order: the owner first, then workspace admins, then boards Adoptiv provides to the whole workspace, then the best share matching a team or role you’re in. If two shares match, the more generous one wins, so edit access beats read-only. A team can only be granted once, so there are never two rows to reconcile.
Shares point at teams and roles, never at names. That role-based access is deliberate: roles outlive people, so the right person always has the board without anybody keeping a list. Only the owner can share a board. Admins can edit and delete boards they didn’t build but can’t share them onward, and boards Adoptiv provides can’t be shared on at all.
A share controls who can open a board, not what it shows. Everyone on a read-only dashboard sees the same figures, whatever their roles and permissions elsewhere in the CRM. To show a board to someone without an account, send a public link instead.

How do I share a dashboard with my team?

Can I share a dashboard with one person?
Not by name. Shares go to teams and CRM roles, so access follows the role when people change. To give someone a board, put them in the team or role it is shared with.
What if someone is in two teams with different access?
The more generous share applies: edit beats read-only.
Does sharing hide numbers from some viewers?
No. Everyone on a shared board sees the same figures, not trimmed to their own record access. If a team shouldn’t see a number, give it a different board.
Who can see my dashboard?
You, workspace admins, and the teams and roles you share it with. Boards Adoptiv provides to the whole workspace are visible to every member.
Can an admin share my dashboard?
No. Admins can edit and delete boards they didn’t build, but only the owner can share one.
Can I share one tile instead of the whole board?
No. Sharing is per board. Make a smaller board for the tiles you want to share.
How do I revoke dashboard access?
Delete the share. Access ends the next time the board loads for that team or role.
