This integration is Google Calendar only. Outlook and Exchange calendars connect through the Microsoft connection (Exchange Sync), which keeps them in a separate store, not on Adoptiv’s calendar screen.
Can a CRM send Google Calendar invites?
Yes. When you save a meeting in Adoptiv, it is written to Google Calendar and Google emails the invitation to every guest.
Why do some calendar syncs create duplicate events?
Usually because the CRM loses track of which Google event it made. Adoptiv keeps Google’s own ID with every meeting, so a change updates the existing event.
