Adoptiv’s Zoom CRM integration creates the Zoom meeting when you book. As a Zoom calendar integration, it then writes the join link, meeting ID and passcode into the calendar invite your guests receive, and sets the meeting length from the booking’s start and end time.
Reschedule a Zoom meeting and keep the same link. The booking remembers which Zoom meeting it owns, so moving it an hour moves the Zoom meeting too, on the link guests already have, and changing the title updates Zoom as well. Delete the booking and the Zoom meeting is removed, so nothing is left behind.
Guests can join before the host, with no waiting room. The connection refreshes itself, so it doesn’t quietly stop working, and if no Zoom account is connected the booking still saves and tells you so.
