Your inbox and your records stop being two places.
Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Exchange sync both ways. Mail arrives already matched to the lead it belongs to, and the reply happens on the same screen.

Thanks for sending that over - the per-seat comparison is the part I needed.
This is helpful. Can you bring our CFO in on Thursday? He will want to see the utilisation numbers you mentioned on the call.
Linked to Dana Whitlow at Meridian Freight on the sending address - filed against the record before anyone opened it.

The thread and the record are one screen, so replying and updating the deal are not two applications.
Product figures from the platform’s own defaults - not customer averages
The thread and the record, one screen. A full email client - snooze, send later, templates, signatures - with the lead, the deal value and the next action beside the message instead of in another tab. Remote images are withheld until you ask for them.

Open a thread; the record rail follows it
Whatever your floor already runs on.
Four providers, all two-way. Three of them push, so mail arrives rather than being waited for, and the fourth checks on a timer because IMAP gives you nothing better to work with.
Connected with a Google sign-in, and new mail is pushed across as it lands rather than checked for on a timer.
Only what changed comes across, so a large mailbox stays current without re-reading itself.
Calendar and address book through Microsoft. The on-premises route is wired and not built.
Any other mailbox, checked every five minutes rather than pushed to you, with a live login test.
Mail, calendar and contacts wherever the provider offers them
Nobody has ever forwarded an email to a CRM on purpose. They do it because the two systems could not see each other. These can.
The thread files itself. Inbound mail is matched against every address on it, sender and recipient alike, and attached to the lead holding one of them - before anyone opens it, and without a rule anyone had to write.
- Matched on arrivalThe address matches a record, or email is left alone.
- Sender or recipientAny address on the message can match it, not only the one it came from.
- Opens and clicksRecorded against the record, on tracked links that cannot be forged.
- Nothing forwardedNo forwarding rule, no BCC, no browser extension to install.

One of these was typed. The rest were written by the call, the model and the workflow that fired off them.
Booked from the conversation.
Booking on a record writes to Google Calendar as you save and mails the invitations, so a meeting agreed on a call is on the calendar before the call ends. Reading the other way is a button you press rather than something running quietly in the background.
Writes on save, reads on request
Only what changed, connection renews itself
Created, moved and canceled with the booking
Created by the calendar entry itself
Its joining link, carried in the invitation
Against the record, not a mailbox
Everything in this category
16 capabilitiesThe thread and the lead it belongs to are one screen apart, not one tab apart. Snooze, send later, and a reading pane that runs nothing the sender wrote.
Book a slot while the customer is still on the line and the invitation is in their inbox before you say goodbye. What they change comes back when you sync.
Mail is here without anybody pressing refresh or forwarding anything, filed against the lead holding the address. Google knocks the moment something changes.
The mailbox stays connected, and a message somebody moved is not sitting here twice. Outlook and Microsoft 365 over Graph, picking up only what changed.
A Microsoft mailbox brings its diary and address book with it, and whether it sits in Microsoft 365 or on a server in your building is worked out for you.
The connection for a mailbox nobody hosts for you. We sign in for real before saving the hosts and ports, so a typo is caught while you are still at the form.
Templates with merge variables, organized into groups and granted per team, so the answer your best rep writes becomes the answer everybody sends.
Regulated copy stays with the people allowed to send it. Filing a template into a group is what shares it, so there is no second step for anybody to forget.
What does not count is the useful part: a rep opening their own message, a crawler, the same person twice in five minutes. A figure a supervisor can act on.
Park a thread and it comes back at the hour you named, unread, so nobody walks past it. Hold a send and it leaves at the hour you named, once, never twice.
Nobody retypes their sign-off. It is held once per mailbox and added on the way out, so mail from the platform arrives looking like mail from a person.
A meeting agreed on a call is never lost because somebody else's service was slow. The booking is saved here first, then the room and the calendar entry.
Move the meeting an hour and the Zoom room moves with it, on the link guests already have. Delete the booking and the room goes too, with nobody chasing it.
The join link is made by the calendar itself, on the same save that books the meeting, so nobody hunts for it later. One Google account is the whole setup.
Pick Teams on a booking and the join link is written into the invitation guests receive, so nobody chases it in a follow-up. A room you own travels too.
Mail files itself against the lead, on a rule short enough to print: the addresses on the lead, matched exactly. No domain guessing, and nothing to dispute.
The rest of the platform.
Five more categories, all on the same record and the same bill. Each card names three of its capabilities, so you can tell from here whether it is worth opening.
