Callers Reach Someone Who Can Actually Help.A customer service phone system that knows who is calling and who can help.

Calls ring only at desks with the right skills, arrive with the caller’s name on screen and their history one tap away, and move between people with a private word first. Every call can be scored against your own checklist, so coaching is about real moments, not just the loud ones.

  • Skills-based routing
  • Caller name, not a number

What changes

What Goes Wrong Today, and What Changes.

Today

Callers tell the whole story, get passed on, and start again.

With Adoptiv

Speak privately to the next person first, then bring the caller in, or stay on the line as a three-way.

Transfer and three-way

Today

The phone rings and it is just a number.

With Adoptiv

The call comes up with the caller’s name, and every past call, text, email and promise is one tap away.

Touchpoints

Today

The tricky call rings everywhere, and whoever answers can’t help.

With Adoptiv

Mark who knows what, and calls ring only at desks with the right skill. If nobody qualified is free, you decide where it goes.

Skills-based routing

Today

Coaching depends on whichever call somebody happened to overhear.

With Adoptiv

Calls are scored against the checklist you wrote, with the exact words behind each score.

How it works

Support Calls Set Up in Three Steps.

1

Tag Who Knows What

Give each person their skills, such as a product or a language, at a level from 1 to 10.

2

Build Your Queues

Set the greeting, music and wait limit, and where calls go when nobody qualified is free.

3

Answer and Review

Reps answer knowing who is calling. Supervisors coach live and read the scores afterward.

What is a customer service phone system?

A Customer Service Phone System Built Around the Caller.

A customer service phone system routes each caller to someone who can help, shows who they are, and lets your team hand calls over and review them afterward. Adoptiv is a customer support phone system with the CRM built in, so the caller’s history is part of the call, not a second screen to search.

Routing starts with skills. Skills-based call routing gives each person named skills at a level from 1 to 10, a product or a language for example, and a queue only rings people who meet its bar. When nobody qualified is free, the call takes a route you chose. VIP caller routing lets your best accounts skip the greeting and move up the line.

When a call does need to move, a warm transfer puts the caller on hold while you brief the next person, then connects them, so the story is told once. Waiting callers can press a key for a callback and keep their place instead of holding.

Call quality monitoring covers every call, not just the few somebody overheard. Supervisors can listen, whisper or barge on live calls. The AI quality auditor scores calls against a checklist you write, with the exact words behind each score, and customer sentiment analysis marks each analyzed call positive, neutral or negative, so last week’s unhappy callers are one filter away.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered.

What is a customer service phone system?

A business phone system set up for support: it routes callers to the right person, shows who is calling and their history, and lets you hand calls over and review them. In Adoptiv the CRM is part of it.

Can important customers skip the line?

Yes. Mark a contact as VIP and, on queues where it is switched on, they skip the greeting, move up the line and show as VIP before the rep answers.

What is a warm transfer?

Putting the caller on hold while you speak privately to the next person, then connecting them. In Adoptiv you can also merge into a three-way and drop off while the other two keep talking.

Can callers ask for a callback?

Yes. After a wait you set, callers can press a key, hang up and keep their place. Callbacks are worked oldest first, and repeat requests from one number merge.

Can we text customers too?

Yes, from the same business numbers, in a thread that sits beside the calls on their record.

How do I reduce call transfers?

Route by skill so calls reach someone who can help first. When a transfer is still needed, make it warm, so the caller tells the story once.

How does call quality monitoring work?

Write a scorecard with sections, weights and a pass mark, choose which calls are reviewed, and each comes back with a score and the quote it rests on. One critical miss fails the review.

Can we find the calls that went badly?

Yes. Each analyzed call is marked positive, neutral or negative in its own field, so finding yesterday’s negative calls is a filter, not an afternoon of listening.

Can supervisors coach a live support call?

Yes. Listen silently, whisper to the rep so the caller can’t hear, or join the call. Moving between them never drops the call.
