Every Client Conversation on a Line You Control.A financial services phone system for calls and texts you can find later.

Reps call and text from firm numbers, so the conversation lands on the client’s record instead of a personal phone. Both sides of every call are recorded on separate channels, and supervisors can listen, whisper or join live, with reviews recording who checked what.

What changes

What Goes Wrong Today, and What Changes.

Today

A client texts their advisor, the advisor replies from a personal phone, and the firm never learns the exchange happened.

With Adoptiv

Reps text from the same firm numbers they call on, threaded per client and saved on the client’s record beside the calls.

SMS inbox

Today

A regulator asks for one conversation from months ago, and the search starts with someone trying to remember which rep took it.

With Adoptiv

Reps call from firm extensions in the browser, so every call is on your line. Both sides record to separate channels, findable by number and rep, with the transcript beside it.

Call recording

Today

Supervision has to be shown in writing, and a principal standing behind a rep shows nothing.

With Adoptiv

Live monitoring shows every call in progress. A principal can listen unheard, whisper to the rep or join the call, moving between the three without dropping it.

Listen, whisper and barge

Today

A client says the word complaint nine minutes into a call, and it never reaches anyone’s log.

With Adoptiv

The outcome code the rep picks writes the entry on the client record and opens a task for the response. Filter by negative sentiment to find calls that went badly but weren’t coded as complaints.

How it works

Every Conversation on the Record in Three Steps.

1

Move Reps Onto Firm Numbers

Give each rep an extension and a business number for calls and texts, in the browser or the Android app.

2

Set Routing and Recording

Assign license and product skills, add your recorded-line message to the call flow, and record both sides of every call.

3

Supervise and Review

Watch live calls, listen or whisper, and review recordings and transcripts on the client record.

What should a financial services phone system do?

A Financial Services Phone System That Keeps Every Conversation Findable.

A financial services phone system keeps business calls and texts on numbers the firm controls, records them, and ties each one to the client it was with. Adoptiv is a phone system for financial advisors, lenders and brokerages with the CRM built in, so the conversation and the client record are the same place.

Business texting for financial advisors is where most firms lose sight of things. In Adoptiv reps text from the same firm numbers they call on, and the thread sits on the client record beside the calls in the SMS inbox. It covers firm numbers only: a text sent from a personal phone is not captured.

Call recording for financial advisors captures both sides on separate channels, with transcripts where you switch them on. Live monitoring shows every call in progress, and a principal can listen, whisper or barge without the call dropping, so call monitoring for compliance becomes a daily habit.

For lenders and buyers of mortgage call center software, skills-based routing sends callers to reps holding the license or state registration you have assigned. Adoptiv does not verify licenses, set retention periods or produce exam exports yet, and the security page says exactly what exists today.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered.

What should a financial services phone system do?

Keep business calls and texts on numbers the firm controls, record them, tie them to the client record, and let supervisors review and coach. Adoptiv does that with the CRM built in.

Can advisors text clients from Adoptiv?

Yes, from the same firm numbers they call on, and every text lands on the client’s record. It covers the firm’s own numbers only: texts sent from a personal phone or a chat app are not captured.

Does Adoptiv handle text message archiving for exams?

Not yet. Calls and texts are captured on the record, but there is no retention window, no legal hold and no export built for an exam request, so production is still a manual job. The SOC 2 audit has not completed, and the security page states what exists today rather than implying more.

Can calls be routed to a licensed rep?

Yes. Skills-based routing matches the caller to a rep holding the license or state registration you have assigned as a skill, and a warm transfer brings a licensed rep on. Adoptiv does not verify licenses, so the skills are only as current as you keep them.

Is a recorded-line message played?

Not automatically: Adoptiv plays no recording announcement. You can add your own recorded-line message as the first step of the call flow.

Does FINRA require call recording?

Not as a general rule. FINRA’s taping rule applies only to certain firms, and recording and retention duties depend on your registration and what is discussed. Many firms record anyway. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.

How does call monitoring for compliance work?

Supervisors see every live call on one board and pick one to join: listen unheard, whisper to the rep alone, or barge in. Nothing on the rep’s screen shows a listener, and the call’s recording carries on underneath.

Can supervisors review texts the way they review calls?

Not yet. Call analysis and compliance scoring run on call transcripts. There is no review queue or keyword flagging for text messages.

Can we pause recording to take a card payment?

Not yet. There is no pause and resume on call recording, so do not take card details on a recorded line.

Does Adoptiv work as mortgage call center software?

Yes for the phone side: loan officers call and text from firm numbers, calls route by the state licenses you assign, and every call is recorded and coded. It does not verify NMLS registration or cap contact attempts.
