Every Attempt Screened, Timed and on the Record.Collections dialer software that screens first and logs every attempt.
Every number is checked against federal Do Not Call, known litigators and your own list before it is dialed, and calling hours are held by timezone. A live answer reaches a collector; a machine gets your approved message. Every attempt, blocked ones included, lands on the record.

What Goes Wrong Today, and What Changes.
Today
A serial plaintiff on your list is worth more than the balance, because TCPA damages are counted per call.
With Adoptiv
Known litigators, federal Do Not Call and your own list are a step the dial has to pass, and every refused attempt is saved with the rule that refused it.
Compliance screeningToday
The eighth call in seven days, or a call in the week after you actually spoke, turns Regulation F’s presumption against you.
With Adoptiv
Every attempt lands on the record with its outcome, so the history is there to count and hand over. An outcome code can set do-not-call the moment it is picked.
Call outcomesToday
Eight to nine runs on the consumer’s clock, not your floor’s, and an area code no longer proves where someone lives.
With Adoptiv
Calling-hour schedules and holiday calendars are built once per timezone and checked before the dial. A state with tighter hours gets its own schedule.
Business hoursToday
Most dials find voicemail, and a message that says too much is a third-party disclosure.
With Adoptiv
Voicemail detection tells a person from a machine. A person reaches a collector; a machine gets the one message you worded and reviewed once.

Predictive for big queues, power or preview where collectors read first. Every number is screened before it is dialed.
Talk, Code, Repeat
Collectors talk only to people. Each call ends on an outcome code, and every attempt, blocked ones included, stays on the record.
Three Ways to Work Your Accounts.
Set a mode for each campaign, and change it when the queue changes.
Dials ahead of free collectors inside the abandoned-call limit you set, so they move from one live answer to the next.
Opens lines as each collector frees up, from one to five per collector, set per campaign.
The account opens first and the collector chooses when to dial, with a review timer you set.
What Collections Dialer Software Does, Before, During and After the Dial.
Collections dialer software calls through your accounts and connects collectors only to live answers, while it checks each number and the calling hours before anything is dialed. Adoptiv adds the record: every attempt lands on the contact with its outcome, including the ones that were blocked.
Before the dial, compliance screening checks federal Do Not Call, known litigators (a litigator scrub) and your own do-not-call list, and a refused attempt is saved with the rule that refused it. FDCPA calling hours run from business hours schedules you build per timezone, and a state with tighter hours gets its own.
During the dial, predictive pacing works inside the abandoned-call limit you set, and voicemail detection tells a person from a machine. A machine gets your limited-content message, worded and reviewed once. A person reaches a collector with the account open.
After the call, collection call recording keeps both sides on their own channels, with transcripts, so a right-party check is read rather than listened for. The outcome code can set do-not-call at once. Adoptiv is a debt collection dialer, not a collection system: it does not count Regulation F 7-in-7 attempts for you. The dialer is live on Dialer Plus and Enterprise, billed per minute from your wallet.

Your Questions, Answered.
What is collections dialer software?
A dialer built for collection floors: it calls through your accounts, connects collectors only to live answers, and checks each number and the calling hours before the dial, with every attempt logged.
Does Adoptiv enforce Regulation F’s 7-in-7 limit?
No, not yet. Adoptiv logs every attempt with its outcome, and an outcome code can set do-not-call, but it does not count attempts per person and per debt over seven days, and it will not refuse the eighth call. That count has to live in your collection system or in the list you load.
Can we text consumers about a debt?
Not for third-party collections. Carrier rules for US business texting bar third-party debt collection, debt relief and credit repair outright, and consent does not lift that. Adoptiv also does not act on STOP replies for you or check for reassigned numbers. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.
What happens when a call reaches voicemail?
Voicemail detection catches the machine before a collector hears it. The line is released, or it gets the message you recorded once and keep in your media library.
Is the collections dialer available now?
Yes. It is live on Dialer Plus and Enterprise. Dialer minutes are billed per minute from your prepaid wallet, and Do Not Call and litigator checks are billed per lookup.
What is a litigator scrub?
A check of each number against a list of people known to file TCPA lawsuits, before you call. Adoptiv runs it before every dial, alongside federal Do Not Call and your own list, and saves each blocked attempt with the reason. Checks are billed per lookup.
What calling hours does the FDCPA allow?
The FDCPA presumes 8am to 9pm is convenient, in the consumer’s local time, and some states and cities set tighter rules. Adoptiv applies the schedules you build per timezone, using the timezone on the record; it does not work out where a consumer actually is. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.
Does call recording prove the disclosure was given?
It gives you the evidence to check. Both sides are recorded on separate channels and can be transcribed. Compliance scoring reviews each call afterward; it does not block a call where the disclosure was missed. No recording announcement is played, so consent to record stays with you.
Does Adoptiv make our floor FDCPA or TCPA compliant?
No software can promise that, and Adoptiv does not. It gives you controls: screening before the dial, calling-hour schedules, an abandoned-call limit and a record of every attempt. The obligations stay with you. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.
