Cadences That Branch on the Call, Not the Email Open.An SDR dialer with the cadence and the CRM in one system.

Run the SDR floor, the AE demo and the renewal call on one system. Calls, texts and emails are steps on one canvas, and the branch after a call reads the outcome the rep logged, so a wrong number ends the cadence instead of sending step four anyway.

What changes

What Goes Wrong Today, and What Changes.

Today

Your sequencer branches on opens and clicks. It can’t see that the rep hit a wrong number, so step four goes out anyway.

With Adoptiv

Branch logic reads the outcome the rep logs on each call task, so a wrong number ends the cadence. Texts sit beside the emails and calls, and replies land beside the calls.

Branch logic

Today

Six to ten people sign off on a mid-market deal, and your pipeline shows one contact on each.

With Adoptiv

Contacts attach to the deal with a role, from champion to blocker, and every call is logged to the contact, so you can see who on the committee has been reached.

Deals and pipelines

Today

Outbound demos no-show, and the AE re-runs the discovery the SDR already did.

With Adoptiv

The call summary puts the SDR’s qualifying call in front of the AE before the demo, and a text step sends the joining link that morning.

Call summaries

Today

Pipeline missed, and the review is all dials and connects. None of it says what buyers actually asked for.

With Adoptiv

Customer intents and sentiment land on the record from every analyzed call, so what buyers asked for becomes data, not a rep’s memory.

Intent detection
How it works

From First Dial to Renewal in Three Steps.

1

Bring Leads and Signals in

Import lists, or send signups and usage events from your product by webhook to start a cadence.

2

Draw the Cadence

Put emails, texts and call tasks on one canvas, and branch on what happened on each call.

3

Call, Hand Off, Review

SDRs call from the CRM, AEs read the call summary before the demo, and managers coach live.

What is an SDR dialer?

An SDR Dialer That Runs the Whole Cadence.

An SDR dialer is calling software that works prospect lists from the CRM, logs each call and feeds the outcome into the next step. Adoptiv puts the dialer, the cadence and the deal in one system: a B2B sales dialer where the branch after a call reads what the rep actually heard.

A multichannel sales cadence in Adoptiv is drawn on one canvas: email, text and call tasks, with branch logic on opens, clicks, replies and call outcomes. A wrong number ends the cadence, and a voicemail can lead to a text from the same number. Replies land in the thread the rep already sees on the record.

The SDR to AE handoff runs on call summaries: the AE reads the qualifying call before the demo. Conversation intelligence on every analyzed call adds transcripts, sentiment and customer intents, and a solutions engineer can whisper an answer to the AE mid-call, unheard by the buyer.

For customer success calls, your product can send a signal by webhook, a cadence opens with a call task at the top, and named renewal accounts can move up the queue. As a sales dialer for SaaS it covers preview, power and predictive dialing on Dialer Plus, and managers see every live call on one board.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered.

What is an SDR dialer?

Calling software for sales development reps that works prospect lists from the CRM, logs every call and feeds the outcome into the next step. Adoptiv runs the dialer, cadences and CRM as one system.

Is Adoptiv SOC 2 compliant?

Not yet. Your security review will ask for SOC 2 before it asks for pricing. The audit is in progress, not complete, and the security page says so plainly rather than leaving you to find out in diligence.

Does Adoptiv sync with our existing CRM?

There is no packaged connector for another CRM. Inbound webhooks bring leads and product events in, and Adoptiv’s own CRM is where the calls, cadences and deals live.

Can cadences include LinkedIn steps?

No. Cadence steps are email, text, call tasks, pauses, branches, splits, tags and goals. There are no LinkedIn steps.

Which dialing modes do SDRs get?

Preview, power and predictive dialing, set per campaign, on Dialer Plus and Enterprise. The free trial covers the CRM, calling, texting and cadences, but not the dialing modes.

What is a multichannel sales cadence?

A planned run of emails, texts and calls to one prospect, where each step depends on what happened before. In Adoptiv all three are steps on one canvas, and the branch can read a call’s outcome.

How does the SDR to AE handoff work?

The qualifying call is summarized on the record, so the AE reads it before the demo. Meetings promised on the call are pulled off it for the SDR to accept, and a text step can send the joining link.

Can customer success use Adoptiv for renewal calls?

Yes. Your product sends a signal by webhook, a cadence opens with a call task, and named renewal accounts can move up the queue. Adoptiv has no product-usage or health-score model: the signal comes from your product.

What conversation intelligence does Adoptiv include?

AI call analysis: a summary, transcript, sentiment, scores and customer intents on every analyzed call. It is unlimited on AI+ and Dialer Plus.
