How it works.
What fits on a board
Six columns, rows forty-eight pixels tall, twelve pixels of gutter. A card fits cleanly at two rows and a chart at four. Dragging and resizing are live for anyone the resolver gives edit to and locked for everyone else.
Who is shown which board
Boards you own, boards shared to a team or role you sit in, and every copy the operator broadcasts to the whole workspace. Admins of the workspace see all of them. Before any of that the route checks the analytics permission on your profile, which used to be a switch the interface honored and the server did not.
Your tab strip is yours to arrange
You may reorder tabs and mark one as yours. Your pick sorts first, then the workspace-wide default, then your own ordering, then the shared ordering as a tiebreak. Nobody else's tab strip moves when you rearrange.
Some boards are not yours to delete
Ones made here, and copies of a board the operator distributes. The distributed ones carry a lifecycle nobody in the workspace owns: they cannot be deleted, not by their assigned owner and not by an admin, and they cannot be handed onward.
