A CRM Email Signature That Adds Itself.
A CRM email signature is the sign-off added to emails you send from your CRM, so they end the way mail from your own inbox does. In Adoptiv you write it once for your connected mailbox, and it becomes an automatic email signature on every new email and forward you send.
It is added as the email leaves, two line breaks below your message, so the editor shows only the words you wrote. An HTML email signature can run to 100,000 characters, which leaves room for links and formatting. You edit it on the mail signatures page under your profile, not inside each email.
Should an email signature go on replies? Usually not, and Adoptiv leaves it off replies and reply-alls, because the quoted message underneath already carries one. An email signature on forwarded emails is different: a forward is a new message, so it gets the signature.
The signature belongs to the mailbox, not the person. Disconnect the mailbox and the signature is deleted with it, so keep a copy if it took a while to write. Switching it off keeps it saved. Sequence and workflow emails use their own templates’ wording. For an email signature for a sales team, each rep sets theirs on their own mailbox.

How do I add an email signature in Adoptiv?
Open the mail signatures page under your profile, write your signature and switch it on. It is added to new emails and forwards you send.
Can my signature include HTML?
Yes. A signature can hold up to 100,000 characters of HTML, plenty for links and formatting.
Is my signature added to replies?
No. Replies and reply-alls skip it, because the quoted email below already carries one. Forwards count as new emails and get it.
Do sequence emails use my signature?
No. Sequence and workflow emails use the wording in their own templates. Your signature belongs to mail you write yourself.
