A whole mail client inside the CRM, so the thread and the lead it belongs to are one screen apart rather than one tab apart. Opening a message runs nothing the sender wrote and tells the sender nothing.

How it works.
A message cannot run anything on your floor
Message HTML is put in a frame that is never granted script permission, under a policy that forbids fetching anything, in its own document. Sender CSS cannot reach the app around it either.
Remote images stay off until you ask
Anything the message would fetch from elsewhere is withheld and a bar offers to load it for that one message. Simply opening something tells its sender nothing.
Two of the folders are not folders
Starred is not one. It filters on the flag, because starring never moves a message anywhere. Drafts is a real row in the eight, and what it shows is what you began writing here merged with the drafts the provider already had.
Read here means read on your phone
Marking something read or starred is pushed back over whichever connection carried it, so the mailbox in your pocket agrees with this screen. Archiving and deleting travel out too on a Gmail or a Microsoft mailbox, and not on one you wired up by hand.

The connection for a mailbox nobody hosts for you. We sign in for real before saving the hosts and ports, so a typo is caught while you are still at the form.
Regulated copy stays with the people allowed to send it. Filing a template into a group is what shares it, so there is no second step for anybody to forget.
What does not count is the useful part: a rep opening their own message, a crawler, the same person twice in five minutes. A figure a supervisor can act on.
Nobody retypes their sign-off. It is held once per mailbox and added on the way out, so mail from the platform arrives looking like mail from a person.
A meeting agreed on a call is never lost because somebody else's service was slow. The booking is saved here first, then the room and the calendar entry.
Move the meeting an hour and the Zoom room moves with it, on the link guests already have. Delete the booking and the room goes too, with nobody chasing it.
The join link is made by the calendar itself, on the same save that books the meeting, so nobody hunts for it later. One Google account is the whole setup.
Pick Teams on a booking and the join link is written into the invitation guests receive, so nobody chases it in a follow-up. A room you own travels too.
