Saved Views
One list, arranged the way it has to be read, kept under a name. Hand it to a role rather than to a person and the question outlives whoever first thought to ask it, filters, sort and columns intact.

Product figures from the platform’s own defaults - not customer averages
How it works.
It restores the arrangement, not just the rows
The filter set, the sort, the column state down to width, pinning and which columns are hidden, and a name. Saved as one record, so reopening it restores the arrangement and not merely the rows.
Shared to a role, not to a list of names
A view goes to named people, to CRM roles or to a team. Given to a role it follows whoever holds that role, so somebody starting on Monday opens the same board as everybody else without being added to anything.
Your default is yours
Marking one default clears your previous default for that list. It decides what you open on, and it does not decide what anyone else opens on.
A lens, never a key
Opening one re-runs it against what you personally may read. Two people on the same view can honestly see different row counts, and that is the point of handing it out freely.
One moment in every record.
Every record passes through the same seven. Saved Views is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

8 facts- Saved
- Filters, the sort, column order, width, pinning and hidden columns, under one name
- Lists
- Leads, deals, products and vendors, kept apart so a view cannot open on the wrong one
- Shared with
- Named people or CRM roles, in any combination
- Role shares
- Follow the role, so a new holder inherits the view without being invited
- Teams
- A third kind of recipient beside people and roles, carrying the whole view to everyone in it
- Default
- One flag per view. Naming a new one clears the previous one you named
- Ownership
- A view has one owner. Being shared a view does not confer editing it
- Scope
- It narrows what you may already read and cannot widen it by a single row
What else writes to this record.
A record is worked by more than one part of the system at once. These are the ones that put something on it, or read it back.

11 capabilitiesThe system of record the phone writes to directly - nothing to sync.
Name the stages your floor actually argues about, color them and rate them hot, warm or cold. Six fixed categories keep last quarter comparable with this one.
The same source can never arrive spelled three ways. Ten come seeded and sealed, yours sit beside them, and renaming one carries every lead holding it.
The thing your business tracks that no CRM ships with. Eleven types on leads, deals, products and vendors, no migration to schedule and nobody to wait on.
Some of what you collect is not for everyone on the floor. Close a whole section once per profile instead of opening and shutting a hundred fields one by one.
Map the columns once and walk away. A file of any size is read a piece at a time, a failed row never stops the run, and a restart carries on where it stopped.
The same person landing on your list twice is what this stops. Checked on the email, then the phone, as the record is written, with no score to argue over.
Nobody writes this up. A field change keeps both readings, before and after, beside the notes, mail and tasks, so it still means something in six months.
Every exchange with this lead on one line: calls, voicemails, mail and text. A call lands on the right record by the number it reached, linked by nobody.
A thing owed, by a named person, by a date. At the hour you set it leaves the product to find them, rather than sitting in a list waiting to be spotted.
The rep two desks over cannot open the book you are working, and one BPO client never sees the next. Sixteen permissions, sharing rules across branches.
A number, a window, and somebody standing against it. Attainment is worked out from won deals and logged work as you open it, so nothing sits going stale.
The rest of the platform.
Five more categories, all on the same record and the same bill. Each card names three of its capabilities, so you can tell from here whether it is worth opening.
