What Are AI Call Summaries, and How Does SIYA Write Them?
AI call summaries are short write-ups of a phone call, made automatically: why the customer called, what was agreed and what happens next. In Adoptiv, SIYA writes an AI sales call summary for every call, so nobody replays a recording to find out what happened.

It depends on where you and the caller are: some US states require everyone on the call to agree to recording. Adoptiv doesn’t play a recording notice by itself, so add one to your greeting or say it at the start of the call where it is needed.
