What Is an AI Custom Field Generator, and How Does It Work?
An AI custom field generator designs the fields your CRM needs from a plain description. Instead of adding custom fields one at a time, you describe what you track and get a named group of fields back, each with its type, options and placeholder already chosen.
You can start four ways: describe it, paste the columns from a spreadsheet, upload a photo of a paper form, or pick one of six templates. With a spreadsheet, the column names and a sample of values are read, each column’s type is worked out from the sample, and a short description of the columns is what SIYA works from. The file itself is not sent.
SIYA picks from 11 custom field types: text, number, email, phone, web address, date, yes or no, one from a list, several from a list, currency and file. Where a list is involved, the options are written out. Before it starts, it is told the fields your records already have, so it never proposes a second Last Name. Everything comes back optional unless you ask for a field to be required.
Each proposed field starts pending, and you approve or refuse it on its own. Ask for a change and the fields you already confirmed stay put. When you are done, the group is created like any other of your field groups, made of the same CRM custom fields you would build by hand, ready for a bulk import.
