AI Email Writing
A draft or a rewrite that lands in the composer and stops there. A subject line is filled in as a suggestion, every word is editable, and nothing leaves the building until a person presses send.
Drafting the reply
not sentReply to Dana: confirm the reissued invoice and the credit, and hold Thursday for the renewal.
Hi Dana, The corrected invoice went out this morning at your contract rate, and the difference has been raised as a credit rather than carried forward. Thursday at 14:00 is in the diary for the renewal, and I will send the current terms across beforehand.

How it works.
Write one from scratch, or fix the one you have
Say what the mail is for and it comes back written, subject line on top. Or hand it what you already wrote plus a note, such as making it plainer, and the same message comes back reworked.
Four tones, picked at the moment you write
Professional, friendly, casual and formal. You choose one on the composer and that is what steers the writing, so how a mail sounds is decided by whoever is sending it rather than by a setting somebody buried elsewhere.
Your subject line is only touched if you left it empty
The composer takes whatever came back, finds the subject line in it, lifts it out and treats the rest as the body, and it fills the subject box only when there was nothing in it. Asking for a draft refuses an empty answer; asking for a rewrite does not, so an empty rewrite lands on top of what you had written.
Bounded so one person cannot run up a bill
An instruction caps at four thousand characters, a body to be reworked at fifty thousand, and prior messages at twenty of ten thousand each. Past twenty requests in a minute you are told how long to wait.
One moment in every read.
Every read passes through the same seven. AI Email Writing is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

The specifics.
8 facts- Endpoints
- Write from an instruction, and rework an existing body with an optional note
- Tones
- professional, friendly, casual, formal, chosen on the composer and carried on the request
- Context sent
- The recipient address, what you typed, and up to twenty prior messages off the thread. The deal it is written against travels too and is kept on the usage log
- Limits
- Four thousand characters of instruction when drafting, fifty thousand of body to be reworked, and only a thousand for the note you attach to a rewrite
- An empty answer
- Refused on the drafting path and reported. On the rewriting path it is written over your body, which is a real way to lose a paragraph
- Rate
- Twenty calls a minute per person, counted across both endpoints together
- Sending
- Never automatic. The draft waits in the composer until somebody sends it
- Not the same as
- This writes outward mail. Reading a thread you received is the analysis page
What it reads, and what reads it.
Nothing here invents its input. These are where the material comes from, and where the verdict goes afterward.

A supervisor who used to open the audio reads it instead: what the call was about, how it went, what was asked for, what it scored. One reading, one answer.
Nothing on an existing lead moves by itself. What the call gave up arrives as proposed edits, each with the value it would replace and the words it came from.
One to six sentences on the record covering why the call happened and what was agreed, so nobody reading the list has to open the audio to find out.
Finding yesterday's bad calls is a filter, not an afternoon. Positive, neutral or negative on every analyzed call, kept in a field of its own you can sort on.
How the agent sounded, how the customer sounded, one word for the pair. Chosen words rather than a fixed list, so a call can close politely and grudgingly.
A month of calls gets reviewed by whoever had time. Every call carries five numbers instead, and the overall is judged in its own right rather than averaged.
Nobody re-listens to check the disclosure went out. Every call is scored against what compliance means on your floor, with a missing one excluded, not passed.
What the customer asked for and what your agent promised, kept as two lists, because they are two different obligations and only one of them is yours to keep.
A promise made out loud is worth nothing until it sits on a day. Callbacks and meetings come off the call with the time said, real the moment you accept.
A coaching note never quotes the customer back at a rep who did not say it. Four of six engines return the channel each side was on, one control swaps them.
A collections call and an admissions call are not judged the same way. Fifteen verticals ship knowing the difference. What comes back still reads the same.
Type the list you want and it builds the filter and the sort. Then it says in one sentence what it understood: a filter nobody typed has to say what it did.
OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock and ten more. When one starts timing out mid-afternoon the work moves down the chain rather than stopping on you.
