Internal DNC Check
Screens the caller against your internal Do-Not-Call list.
Checks the caller against your tenant's own Do-Not-Call list and branches.
When to use it. Honour opt-outs you maintain in-house.

Litigator Check
Screens the caller against known TCPA litigators.
Checks the caller against a TCPA litigator blacklist and branches.
When to use it. Reduce litigation risk before connecting a call.
