Caller Filter
Checks the caller against the caller filter groups you pick. Any match takes the Blocked path.
Use it for: Screening spam and robocalls at the top of a flow.

- Blocked: Caller matched a selected filter.
- Allowed: Caller matched no filter.
Federal DNC Check
Checks the number against the US national Do Not Call registry and branches Listed or Clean.
Use it for: Screening at the very top of any flow that leads to an outbound conversation.

- Listed: Caller is on the Federal DNC registry.
- Clean: Caller is not on the registry.
Internal DNC Check
Checks the number against your own do-not-call list and branches Listed or Clean.
Use it for: Honoring the opt-outs you keep in-house.

What is DNC and litigator screening?

Does screening make my calls compliant?
No tool can promise that. The checks help you avoid calling numbers you shouldn’t, and which rules apply depends on your calls. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your own counsel.
Can I keep my own do-not-call list?
Yes. Internal DNC Check screens against your own list, and Manage List can add a caller to it during a call, for example when they ask not to be called again.
What is a caller filter?
Your own groups of blocked numbers. Caller Filter screens against them, and Add to Caller Filter adds a number mid-call, so a spam caller is screened out next time.
Are call flows included in my plan?

Can I test a call flow before it goes live?
