AI Analysis
Queues AI analysis of the call and continues.
Marks the call for AI analysis with a chosen preset, then continues immediately. Analysis runs after the call (once the recording exists).
When to use it. Score, summarise, or tag calls that take a specific path.

Add to Email Sequences
Enrols the contact into an email sequence.
Enrols the matched contact into one of your Email Sequences. The sequence then runs its own steps (send → wait → branch) on its schedule.
When to use it. After qualifying a caller, drop them into a nurture or follow-up email sequence.
- Next · Continues after the contact is enrolled.
- The contact must already be resolved earlier in the flow (e.g. via Existing Contact / Create Lead).
Sends an email.
Queues an email (To/Subject/Body support ${VAR}) via your Outgoing Mail Server, optionally from a template.
When to use it. Voicemail-to-email, missed-call alerts.
- Sent · The email was queued.
- Failed · The email could not be queued.
SMS
Sends a text message.
Sends an SMS from a tenant number (To/Message support ${VAR}).
When to use it. "Sorry we missed you" callbacks, appointment links.

Trigger Webhook
Calls an external API.
Sends an HTTP request (with headers + ${VAR} body), optionally captures JSON fields into flow variables, and branches on success/failure. 5s timeout.
When to use it. CRM lookups (is this caller a VIP?), logging, triggering external systems.
- Success · The request returned 2xx.
- Failure · Error, timeout, or non-2xx response.
- Capture maps a JSON key → a variable name you can test in a later Condition.
