Adoptiv

Adoptiv vs Bitrix24: breadth against depth.

Bitrix24 covers an enormous amount of ground for very little. Whether that is the right trade depends on whether calling is one of the things you do, or the thing you do.

Comparison · 6 min read · Updated 11 August 2026

Bitrix24 is a business suite. CRM, tasks and projects, documents, an intranet and telephony, all under one login and priced to make that hard to argue with.

Adoptiv is the opposite bet. One domain, taken seriously: the calls going out, the calls coming in, and the record underneath them.

The difference in one line

Bitrix24 is wide. Adoptiv is deep.

Wide is right when a small company needs a dozen tools and would rather have one. Deep is right when one of those tools is how the company earns.

When Bitrix24 is the better choice

When you need a lot of different things and the phone is one of them. Project management, documents and an intranet are real needs, and we do not touch any of them.

It is also genuinely inexpensive for what it covers. If budget is the constraint and calling is occasional, that is a sound decision and nothing here should talk you out of it.

When Adoptiv is the better choice

When the calling has become the constraint on how much the business can do.

  • You are adding people to the phones and the current setup does not scale with them
  • Waiting between connections is a cost somebody has started measuring
  • Inbound needs to reach the right person rather than the first free one
  • You need to evidence that a drop rate held, not describe it

The question worth asking either vendor

Ask to see twenty people dialing at once, and ask what the abandoned rate was and how it was enforced. Breadth is easy to demonstrate on a slide. Depth is only visible under load.

Common questions

For the calling team it is more product, and priced accordingly. Compare it against what the phone side actually costs you today, including the time nobody bills for.
